You are entirely free to browse this website, subject to accepting the Terms for any service order as well as the rules concerning the processing of your personal data.
1. What data is collected by MISTERGOODLINK?
MISTERGOODLINK does not collect or process any Personal Data that you have not specifically, voluntarily and knowingly provided to us. We guarantee that our staff complies with strict security and confidentiality standards and assure you that the processing of your Personal Data is carried out in full compliance with recognised data protection legislation. Personal data means any information that allows you to be identified directly or indirectly, which corresponds in particular to your surname, first name(s), postal address, email address or phone number. WARNING: MISTERGOODLINK is neither designed nor intended to collect Personal Data of minors. To comply with legislation protecting minors, children under 18 must not provide any Personal Data and remain under the responsibility of their legal representatives. MISTERGOODLINK collects and processes the following categories of data:- Data to identify you: surname, first name;
- Contact data: postal address, email, phone number;
- Economic and financial data: payment methods, payment history;

2. Why does MISTERGOODLINK collect and process your data?
Most of our services do not require any registration, which allows you to visit our websites without telling us who you are. 3. Who has access to your data?
MISTERGOODLINK never sells, rents, shares or distributes your Personal Data for commercial purposes in any way whatsoever to third parties outside MISTERGOODLINK. The data collected is intended for MISTERGOODLINK's internal departments and its subcontractors in order to support the performance of the Services. We use the following categories of subcontractors:- Hosting of servers and services (European Union);
- Online payment provider (transfers outside the European Union governed by the Standard Contractual Clauses and the Data Privacy Framework);
- Email sending providers (transactional emails and newsletters);
- Audience measurement, advertising and form anti-spam protection tools (transfers outside the European Union governed by the Standard Contractual Clauses and the Data Privacy Framework);
- Online appointment booking tool (transfers outside the European Union governed by the Standard Contractual Clauses and the Data Privacy Framework).
4. Is your Data processed outside the EU?
The visitor/Customer authorises the Website to transfer, store and process their information within the European Union. The data collected may be processed outside the European Union with regard to hosting and payment providers. In this case, MISTERGOODLINK takes the necessary measures with its subcontractors and partners to guarantee an adequate level of protection of your data, in full compliance with the applicable regulations. In any event, the website remains responsible. Such transfers are governed by organisational and technical measures making it possible to ensure an adequate level of protection of the said data.5. Security and confidentiality commitment
We ensure the security of your data as much as our own. The data collected is placed in a secure environment inaccessible to the public so as to prevent any unauthorised access, use, loss, alteration, destruction or disclosure. MISTERGOODLINK undertakes to implement and maintain, at its own expense, an appropriate IT security programme, taking into account the state of the art, the costs of implementation and the nature, scope, context and purposes of the processing of personal data and the risk (of varying likelihood and severity) to the rights and freedoms of visitors/Customers. This programme includes rigorous technical and organisational measures. Only persons authorised to process your data within MISTERGOODLINK and its partners (qualified staff, host) have secure access to it. The technical and organisational measures may benefit from technological advances and future developments. Consequently, MISTERGOODLINK is authorised to use any adequate alternative measures in this respect. However, these alternative measures may not offer a lower level of security than that provided by law for such measures. Any significant changes must be appropriately documented and notified to the Customer.6. About cookies and anonymous data

At any time, you can:- Ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you;

- In certain situations, you may ask us to erase, block or restrict the processing of your personal data, or object to some of our methods of processing your personal data;
- Ask us for the portability of your Data from 25 May 2018;
